A Tampa resident since 1994, I have experience in many of the major areas of the Real Estate Transaction. I started in the Industry in 1995 working for a large Title Insurance Company processing Title Ins. Policies and preparing the proper paperwork in preparation for closing. I also worked for a Mortgage Brokerage Business as a Office Manager – running the office and processing the Mortgage Transaction from start to finish, receiving my Mortgage Broker license in 1999. I became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1998 and my Real Estate Broker License in 2007. It is this experience that enables me to guide my clients through a hassle-free transaction. I specialize in Residential Real Estate and enjoy selling homes all over the Tampa Bay Area and Beaches.
