And most importantly, the homes the builders design. When you work directly with the builder, the sales associates at the model centers work only for that builder. The builder associates are typically pressured into closing so many transactions per month. When I represent you for your new home purchase, you are guaranteed to get the best price and terms. I will be in close contact with the builder while your home is being built. You can sit back and I will do the work for you.
